• Have you witnessed light anomalies (sometimes called "orbs") or seen dark shadows passing by, or even part or full manifestations?
• Does your property have a history of unexplained activity reported by previous owners, but you have yet to discover this for yourself and are merely curious?
• Perhaps you have a genuine interest in the paranormal or are a little sensitive to psychic ability and would welcome a friendly entity in your home?

Whatever the reason, we can help!  Our investigation services are free and strictly confidential.  The steps to having your home investigated are as follows:-

1. Contact us for an initial chat to determine your own individual requests or enquiry.
2. If you are keen for us to take it further, we can arrange to visit your property to have a walkaround, obtain the relevant information and decide whether an investigation would be warranted.  A full questionnaire can be completed to gain a full understanding of your own circumstances.
3. If all parties agree that an investigation is necessary, a mutually convenient date can be arranged.
4. On the date of the investigation, the team need to carry out some baseline tests prior to an investigation commencing.  This involves taking temperature readings, emf readings, setting up trigger objects in quiet areas of the property, etc.  The actual investigation consists of several short "vigils" in different parts of the property where activity is likely to be most active.  Using all our paranormal equipment, we constantly monitor our surroundings and record all activity found.
5. At the end of our investigation, we leave everything as we found it, leave you in peace and contact you within a few weeks with a full report of our findings in writing.  Where property owners prefer investigations to remain confidential, all information relating to the location (except basic information such as "Empty Cottage in the Scottish Borders) are omitted on our website reports.

We can investigate private homes, commercial buildings or indeed historic or stately homes, grounds and outbuildings.  All our services are free of charge.  We even bring our own flasks and snacks!

The Grey Ladies hold full public liability insurance cover in the unlikely event that any item or article within the property which is being investigated by us is accidentally damaged.  For details of our Policy schedule, please contact us.

Please be rest assured that all enquiries, meetings, investigations, etc will remain confidential at all times.  Unless the events are publically reported in the Press, all of our investigation reports submitted onto our website will have location and detailed property descriptions omitted (i.e. nothing more than "Empty Cottage in the Scottish Borders" or "Rennovated Flat in Edinburgh" will be shown) to protect the owner's identity, unless full permission has been granted to include all information.
